In this episode Elizaveta Ritz of Ritz Momentum shares her journey as a young entrepreneur in the Amazon space and how to make a huge impact through social media marketing.

She shares what it takes to prepare and execute their marketing strategy at the biggest Amazon events, such as Prosper and other industry events.

At Helium 10’s Sell & Scale Event, Elizaveta leveraged the “leaderboard” app to really make a name for herself as she ranked in to top 2 among all attendees throughout the conference!

Host Joie and Elizaveta actually met through both being on the leaderboard at the conference.

Elizaveta shares her scary conversation of telling her immigrant mother that she wanted to stop going to school to focus on business.  She at an early age knows what she wants and shares the key is to have the work ethic to make it happen.

While Elizaveta is an industry expert in the social media space she really limits her own consumption of Social Media including never scrolling through TikTok.

You can use social media to find amazing products to sell on Amazon.  Elizaveta walks through the exact methodology she uses to help clients of Ritz Momentum.

Another important social media strategy is to build your brand on Instagram way before you launch your product!

It’s important to do Brand Name research and check name saturation via both Instagram hashtags and via Google searches.

A great tip is to focus on some of the small and medium searched hashtags and then work up to larger ones in the future.  If you build success using this method on Instagram your odds of success for your product on Amazon are very high.

Amazon Inspire is a powerful new app that is very similar to Instagram but is for Amazon products.  The key is post high quality content on Inspire and that cross post to multiple platforms as you never know which platform your content will work really well.

Her big plans and advice for 2023 is to keep hustling and to make sure the content you create and your followers are authentic!  What matters is buyers not your number of followers!
